SHIPPING METHODS AND CHARGES
Our online business hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse located in Newtown NSW. For all shipping enquiries, please feel free to email info@clothogirl.com.
We endeavor to process orders within 1-3 business days. Please note during sales periods there may be a slight delay with processing your order.
DOMESTIC (WITHIN AUSTRALIA)
Regular (Australia Post)
$12 flat rate when you shop less than $300- Delivery estimate, 3-7 business days from dispatch.
FREE delivery for all orders $300 or above, -Delivery estimate, 3-7 business days from dispatch.
INTERNATIONAL
Clotho only provides domestic delivery at this stage, we will notify you once we provide international shipping service.
* We use the shipping company name as a priority service and use Australia Post when our prioritized company isn't available.
***All orders offer tracking and this will be advised once the package is dispatched from our warehouse. For more information about your upcoming delivery, please visit.
SHIPPING DELAYS
Please note that your order may be subject to delays outside of our control as a result of holiday periods, or the remote nature of your delivery location.
LOST PARCELS
Clotho offers tracking for all orders, but can not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit. If your parcel goes missing, you will be required to lodge a formal complaint as the owner of the parcel with Australia Post/FedEx.
