Refund Policy

Clotho gladly offers exchange, store credit or return on full priced items within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange, credit or refund.
Items must be returned in original condition - unworn, unwashed with tags attached.
We do not offer refunds on any discounted/sale/ promotion items (e.g. Christmas Sale).
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We offer exchanges/refunds within 30 days from purchase date only on full priced items.
You will get free delivery when you purchase $300 or above. you will be charged
If you choose to return, the return cost will be your own expenses.
To exchange an item, please send us an email with your item details. Our friendly customer service team will instruct you how to exchange.
Once your return is received, we will issue the refund to your original payment method. You will receive a courtesy email advising once your refund has been processed.
If you paid via credit card, please allow 5-7 business days for funds to securely process. If you paid via AfterPay you will receive an email from AfterPay outlining your AfterPay account amendment.
To return an item for a refund, You will receive an email from our customer service team with instructions on how to return your item to Clotho.

We aim to process returns as quickly as possible. As we are a small team please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed once we receive the item.
We are unable to offer price adjustments for promotions and discounts. Promotions and discounts cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before a promotion commenced or after it has concluded.
Clotho only provides domestic delivery at this stage, we will notify you once we provide international shipping service.
